Newcastle United Appoint Brewer As Manager

Newcastle United have appointed caretaker boss Andrew Brewer as their new manager on a permanent basis.
The 56-year-old, who previously held the role of reserve-team boss, had two spells in temporary control of the first team during the 2001-02 season.
"I have two goals for the upcoming season," The new boss stated in his first press conference, "My first goal is to win a cup competition and my second is to do the double against Sunderland!"
In the press conference, Brewer also spoke about this three key players for the next season. "My three most important players for my initial campaign will be as follows:"
Hatem Ben Arfa, 25

"The skillful midfielder is extremely talented and can also play out wide."
Yohan Cabaye, 26

"Yohan is an extremely well-rounded central midfielder with great vision."
Tim Krul, 24

"Krul is one of the best goalkeepers in the league and he will be indispensable to the club."
