Dunno, Hummels has been poor this season no matter how many excuses we can give him, also I think he could struggle in the Premier League, I'd prefer Varane over him at this moment, but he's probably best young CB in the world so.... not being too picky, Madrid won't sell him I doubt though.

Jones/Smalling with rojo or hummels and rojo next season? Lets say if it's hummels or nothing. I know what i'd want.

Hummels wont struggle hes a beast.

True, plus he was solid at World Cup, so can't be too fussy but I just don't know if his game would suit the Premier League.

Dortmund have been poor. Doesn't change the fact that Hummels is one of the best CBs in the world. Not sure why he would struggle in PL. Not the quickest but neither was Vidic.
 
Hummels big bro'd varane at the world cup, he may not be the quickest but he is no slouch as far as his strength and physicality goes.

Doesn't really matter, there's plenty of other players like Ji Sung Park or O'Shea. As long as your head is good and you have little bit of talent, you have real chance of being successful.

Speaking of naturally gifted player, that 19 yo boy has plenty of it :D
 
Wilson is going to leap frog rvp next season if not by the end of this.

He's looked physically vulnerable at times this season I don't think it would be the best time to get him, like I say something tells me he could struggle but with Varane I just feel he has everything to be a success in the PL.

Not saying he's gone bad over night but I'd want to see him have at least a decent second half to the season to consider him being our CB solution.

It's a very important position for us and we have to get it right, his injuries are a bit of a concern as well.

Hummels is a better CB than Varane.

I'd still prefer godin tbf but hummels would be great, easily to forget for football fans that 18 months or so ago he was rated as one of the best and most wanted players.
 
Cant believe anyone is saying we should not sign Hummels. And if were talking form Varane has been poo this season tbh! We need a leader and a world class CB. Hummells is that !!!!!!
 
Good match nothing to complain about. Great to see Wilson grab a goal and another good cameo. Mc Nair MOTM for me. Bring on Preston :)
