The Manchester United Thread

That is shocking. Blackburn are *****, and theres no avoiding that fact.

Litte unfair tbh. Keans changed things and it's taken a while to adjust, and now they are starting to play good football when going forward. Just need to sort the defence out or they'll be spending the rest of the season trying to outscore opponents with scoreline like 5-4 or something ridiculous to stay up. Which normally ends up backfiring.

1) Lindegaard should start over De Gea
2) Rooney should never be dropped
3) Mike Dean is a **** but isn't the reason why we lost
4) I'm going in to hiding for the remainder of the year.

Ahahaha this is about ManU not Leeds, no need for those kind of attacks, unless you're out of arguments :O . Patheeetic kids. Now i am going to leave, and let you all get mad at your **** team, laaater :D .

Meanwhile...Barnsley 4-0 up vs Leeds.

I thought I heard the commentators say Rooney picked up a knock or something. So Ferguson didn't wanna waste him on Blackburn and keep him fresh for the Man City fixture.

Fair enough, but we still should be beating them. That team selection was asking for trouble

alright guys lets stop the leeds bashing, we're **** I know but this is the Man Utd thread

It's more to do with how weak Utd are centrally right now with players out and semi injured. It's a risk for SAF but you can't expect to beat City without rotating players, and unfortunately that's the way it went.

Unsure about the whole Mike Dean hate thing though, I saw the reply for the pen in slow mo, and he was definitely grabbing his shirt in the box. Am I missing something here or is it sour grapes?

To be completely honest, bollocks to the Man City game.. that's next week, today we needed 3 points to pull clear (albeit for a day) and the team he choose and the bench which was a joke missed Wayne and I'm sure Wayne will be pulling out he's new hair tonight.

De Gea should be working on his aerial ability. Really, the last goal was a poor goalkeeping. He should be more confident on claiming/winning the ball instead of punching it or hoping the ref to protect him. Hopefully he will improve his aerial ability skills as i think this was his only weakness till now.

You must have missed the part where Samba was pulling Berbatov's shirt also.. both doing it but Mike Dean wasn't the reason we lost today.. our poor performance was.

If you watch the entire incident, Samba also has hold of his shirt. Then he pushes Berba to the ground, and goes down whilst Berba's basically on his back.

Samba kept trying to go down in the box every time the ball came anywhere near him, completely disrespectful.

We need players to play in their natural position. We dont have anymore CMs and we should buy CM as we can't play this team anymore. Come on we had Park and Rafael as CM, that says it all.

Credit to Blackburn for making us pay. Very pleased with Berba and Valencia. They gave more than 100% and good to see Anderson back. Now with Smalling back hopefully we will see Carrick Anderson in the midfield.

There seems to be a lot of Steve Kean loving from Utd fans.. are they being serious? No offence Steve Kean but f**k you and you're team. This was a real chance to head into 2012 top of the league and put City under some real pressure. Instead we produce possibly one of the worst performance I've seen in a long while.. this result in my opinion in my opinion is more embarrassing than the 1-6 defeat by we know who.

I really really am starting to despise Park.....we play him because he "has great energy"....so do most dogs....he can't pass any further than two yards and even if he does run around alot (which id on't particularly think he does anymore) it's at such a slow pace that it is detrimental if anything...opening up spaces for the opposition.

I have two things to say:

· This is your typical FM game where you dominate the game but the opposition score all of their shots on target and beat you. ****, there was even poor goalkeeping and a penalty involved. Doesn't get much more FM-ish than that.
· There's no doubt now that Blackburn do a much better job away from home without their moronic fans abusing the manager, who seems to have full backing from the majority of the players.

Kean said himself he prefers playing away from home. Don't blame the guy.
