The Manchester United Thread

It's funny that the other bloke Paricitti director bloke and Allegri are saying the opposite of Morratta.

Right, because Allegri would be better informed about incoming offers than Moratta who runs the entire club. Give it a rest mate. Moratta is a general director, if he says there's no offer yet, than there was no offer. Doesn't mean there won't be an offer in the future this window, but don't go raging on me if it turns out you allowed a bunch of Twatter wannabies who don't know **** led you by the nose.

Howler from the wigan goalie but 1-0. Assist from the man who's supposedly going to be sold.

what? I was replying to a post that said Morrata denied any contact at all from Utd. Sorry I don't believe that at all going by what Allegri said and also what the Juve DOF said. Plus Amoyal and Di Marzio have said there has been also. We will see but I doubt no contact has been made at all like Morrata is claiming.

There hasn't been an offer, but that's not the same as having an agreement with the player. and even then the player can decide that while the agreement was a good one, he doesn't want to leave any more. Three sides need to agree with a transfer.

Even then a GM can say one thing and another be true, Marotta is know for this, as is Woodward

Yes, you were flipping at the poor guy for posting news you didn't like, despite the fact that, coming from Moratta, it's more credible than all the Twitter **** you've been posting combined.

Believe being a key word here. Seems to be religious matter indeed, as there's zero evidence whatsoever.

There we go again. Di Marzio is apparently better informed than club officials themselves.

Thankfully people on Twitter would never resort to such a barbarity.

As I was saying all along, if you've actually made a $100 million offer, Juve officials would put Pogba on a makeshift boat and swim to England, and if Pogba had a problem with it he would be tied up and gagged.

Because a senior figure in the sporting world would never lie about anything

You're forgetting one thing Tyton, people lie all the time ;)

But that doesn't mean anything.

WTF you talking about! I was not flipping anyone on here I said Morata was most probably talking bollocks. Top officials at clubs do that often.

Funny how you don't seem to be concerned with the possibility of lying, if it's random bloke on Twatter spreading positive news about imminent transfers.

Brilliant.

2 things I really noticed today was the speed we moved the ball compared to last season, despite it only being the first game. And the movement in the players despite keeping a good shape.

This debate is irrelevant. Irrespective of any agreements, United need to make an offer that is accepted by Juve for this to happen. Pogba is apparently on holiday so this might not even happen for a couple of weeks. So until any deal is officially up or rejected, any updates, or complaints about updates on Pogba are waste of time.

Didn't you flip your **** couple of weeks ago, when I said that some cheesy internet story about some bloke watching Bailey since he was 7 , is probably made up? Back then you whined how can I accuse people of lying without evidence, but now it's "people lie all the time, haven't you heard"?

I think I get it now. Inconvenient news are automatically lies, convenient news are automatically 100% confirmed truth. Even if inconvenient news are coming from official sources, and convenient news are coming from a dog of friend of a chef who once cooked in a restaurant where janitor was a neighbor of Pogba's grandfather.

Yep good idea. Pogba and Evra both back from holiday on Monday Evra tweeted it on Friday.

Juventus director can come out and publically say no offer has been made when there actually has been just to take a tougher stance in negotiations or something like that, to give them the edge. It has happened no end of times in the past, where someone from the club has come out said one thing and then the opposite has happened and their player gets sold.

Not saying there necessarily has been an offer but still. United wouldn't hang around for nothing if they really wanted Pogba.
