They’ve outsourced the PR problem but #MUFC’s current reckoning is the consequence of years of failure under the Glazers. They’ve netted £1.3bn through sale shares & taking dividends monthly while club have spent £915m in interest servicing the Glazer leveraged takeover

Maguire 🤣 great performance though tbh gave us a goodies we got and didn’t just sit back. Amazing what can be achieved with some proper time on the training pitch

Tell you what after watching it back. So proud of the lads. That’s gotta be the standard week in week out. But **** me the officiating was ****!

That linesman was suspicious the whole game.
Anyway, good performance, bad result when you consider in last minute.

NEW: Christopher Vivell, interim director of recruitment, is now in talks over taking up a permanent position at #mufc. There is some optimism that an agreement can be reached with Vivell in the coming weeks. [@SamiMokbel81_DM]

David Ornstein on #mufc's financial situation: "It's not so binary and black and white that you can just say 'Get players out to bring players in'. The way it's been explained to me is that Manchester United are going to be okay on PSR this month. Signings are expected."
