Interesting sidenote. Berbatov's one year extension option expires in 10 days then he's free to talk to other clubs. Be a shame if he didn't take it up after Man Utd paid £30 odd million pound for him. Be nice to see some sort of return

Well played chaps. Maybe we could of clawed a few goals back in the second half but it seemed those chances fell to Andy Johnson. Some nice goals from you lot tonight, Welbeck particularly impressed me. My favourite goal was the Berbatov one though although the Rooney one was pretty stunning. You had a pretty simple game plan tonight which was too exploit the slow full backs. Valencia and Nani on the same flank in the first half was quite frightening.
