The Manchester United Thread

And I would love for once that Scholes doesn't make error passes. Vs Ajax two, now one. If he didn't pass to Whitebread ( something with W), we probably wouldn't concede. We have good passers, we need to work on off the ball movement. Something Rooney is doing good, and Nani still needs to learn.

Look guys, we have to be patient with this team! They are not going to win every game convincingly;that's where the United spirit comes doesn't it? We will get better by time! And Norwich are a good team you know!

And one thing- Hernandez should learn how to compete and control the ball from welbeck and welbeck should learn how to finish from hernandez!

Blackburn, Ajax, Norwich are team we should beat with ease. Or at least control the game. Every game when opponent press us, we panic and lose the ball.

Rio keeps dragging the side deeper. Would prefer Smalling and Evans playing together for the rest of the season.

That's exactly what I'm saying, this team needs some polishing and we'll get there!

Think we bring pressure on ourselves passing across CM then back to CB instead of looking for forward passes imo, but we still have important players missing so will only get better!!!! And BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO to all the de gea douters now we are seeing world class keeper in the making:wub:

If you play Carrick, Scholes and Giggs in the same side, you are always going to be in danger of being exposed by a side that press really hard which Norwich did very well in the first half. Even Scholes threw his hands up in frustration near the end of the first half because he didn't have any space to work. Until now, not many teams have actually tried to do this to the Carrick-Scholes partnership.

De Gea was incredible today. All round game look's like its improving, not just shot stopping. I'd keep him as number one even after Lindegaard gets fit.

Cue the backlash lol.

Fans are hypocrites? Is this suppose to be something new?
Fans and supporters of football clubs are always going to defend and say nice things about the club. It's called being a fan. Like I'm sure if I went to a Liverpool forum and said that Suarez was a diver, I would be raged by most of the people there saying I'm a liar.

1. Snubbing handshake is normal, but not at this scenario. It was a good time to diffuse everything **** the clubs were in. And he did apologize, I dont remember anyone apologizing for snubbing handshake. So LFC knows this was completely different.

2. Mind ****, Nani has been branded as cheat for years, so was Ronaldo. Head in **** moment. Btw do you know him? Plz ask him shut his gob if you do.

3. No one said it was ok for Giggs, in fact many United fans said what he did was wrong, unlike few who were in Terry's **** to condone what he did.

4. ManUtd did ban Canton for 4 months, then FA extended it. Cantona accepted like a man and moved on, unlike some. Btw, that **** deserved what he got. If you abuse a player, then get ready when they react to it. Proud of what he did. Pity he is comparing this to racial abuse. Clueless.

5. Evra celebrated in front of United fans. Balotelli did it infront of Opposition fans. Neville, Ade both did and got fined for it. Again laughable post.

6. Lol, what a bs post that was. I'm sure he has no idea about the debts at United and why we are in. No one pumps money into the club. Its the club money. Manchester alone produces record profits and more than both City and Chelsea combined. Oh wait.

7.Keane didn't end anyone's career. Bit of research would do no harm.

Finally what a horse **** of posts that was, and it was even laughable that he got likes for it. lol.

To end like his post,

Clueless/**** (not you, the one on FB).

Tbf, I laughed when I read Carl's post but Sunil made me realise that a lot of those accusations are just lazy stereotypes.

That guy made idiotic post. We all should treat it like that. I just don't care if someone make that kind of stereotype. Just like they say about City and Chelsea - you don't have history. Well, every club needed to start somewhere. Who gives a **** if it was in 1950 or 2010 ? It's nice to have history, but I would much rather have good results in present.

No one gives a **** about that guy, but when something is posted in United thread and about United (Without any proper research, just lazy **** lame posts) I think its better to post the counter argument so that no one reading in this thread falls for such a lame posts.

Yeah, I read about that. Really shame. Heard United have complained to UEFA. Also I heard few saying United fans are charged higher than any club for away games. I think ManUtd and Liverpool are charged higher than other clubs. (Not completely sure, United fan said this).

Hope you are not sarcastic. If not then Thank you :)

I'm not being sarcastic, I genuinely thought Keane ended Haaland's career. I looked into it a bit after reading your post and found out that it was a lot more complicated than that.

On Roy Keane, I beg to differ - by his own admission, he was out to hurt the guy, and although the tackle itself didn't end Haaland's career, it certainly contributed.

'The knee still hurts, that isn't going to go away. I have to accept that. Did that tackle end my career? Well, I never played a full game again, did I? It seems like a great coincidence, don't you think?'

That's a quote from Haaland in an interview a couple years ago.

That's probably the only point where I agree with that moron. Keane's tackle was a disgrace and you'd have to be blind or extremely biased to deny it.
