First time I've heard of it. Why would he be transfer listed? One of their better players and no disagreements or problems that I've heard of.
De Gea has the potential to be the best keeper in the world. He was better than Reina last season.
Rio has been well worth that money, Agger isn't on the same level.
Lucas has turned his career around, but he isn't better than Carrick. Anderson would've been a better comparison.
Don't think Suarez has done better on Merseyside than Berbatov has at United. Top goalscorer when we won #19, scored a hat-trick against Liverpool....maybe not worth the full transfer fee but he's repaid enough of it imo.
Maybe I was wrong about him being listed, but they're willing to sell him.
Not really, since De Gea is 20, and will likely go on to be a star for the next 15 years, as said by Pepe himself. Pepe has proven his value though.
Rio again, one of the best defenders in the world for nearly a decade after we bought him. Agger hasn't played anywhere near the same ratio of games, and achieved the same consistency due to injuries, though he is top class. Rio trumps him over the yeas quite easily.
Carrick, been excellent for 14m, its the same thinking Liverpool have used for Joe Allen.
Suarez, should be better value in future, but still has some way to go, whn you compare his PL record to Berbatov.
None of them have actually been bad signings, so that doesnt really work?

Same, I am excited that Gill has said one more signing possibly, part of me thinks we could get our wish for a CM after all! I would so love to see us try and put a sneaky 15-20m offer to Real for Sahin before he goes on loan to someone.

That De Rossi rumour is on Sky Sports as well, makes you wonder as they have just signed Rodwell and also have Yaya, Barry and De Jong all there, how is Rodwell even going to get game time, he will enjoy the bench I assume.
To be honest I would be happy with Witsel although I do think there would be better alternatives to buy, for example Fellaini.
