Man utd team: de gea,rafael,ferdinand,vidic,evra,young,clevs,carrick,kagawa,welbeck,rvp. Plus did anyone see mourinho go into where the players come out changing rooms near tunnel?
 
1-0 ht. Great build up play that led to goal with some quality movement from rvp and well he just does what he does:):wub:. Also great team performance n pressing rafael has sterlling in his pocket and also great going forward to, kagawas touch is so silky!

Tell me about it :( Would love a striker like Van Persie at Chelsea right now who even when we are not playing well and not looking like scoring can pop up with a winner. I honestly think RVP is going to lead you to the title this season just an incredible striker.

He's amazing. We didn't have this kind of striker since Ruud Van Nistelrooy. He surely adds another dimension to our game.
 
I think anyone who doubts the extent a good striker can impact a team's season should have a look at RVP. Fantastic player who is really winning games on his own for United.
 
I am definitely one of those who was skeptical about whether the RVP transfer was good for United. Have to eat my words now. Even 24 million is a bargain if RVP produces like this for the next 2-3 seasons for United whilst remaining largely injury-free.
 
Great win, little nervey at the end but ha ho over to city:P come on you gooners. Welbeck deserved MOM imo his work rate was out this world.

Bit harsh to say 'on his own', the first half we were by far better than them and could of been up 2 or 3. Welbeck caused Liverpool a load of problems, his work rate is incredible and unappreciated. Although I do feel he has to be more clinical to make it a long career at United.

I'm not going to talk about any controversial chanting, however, I'm just curious from a United POV, what's the deal with the 'sign on, sign on' chants? As if Manchester is a place with tons of employment? it's just working class turning on working class for being working class.
 
Big win for Utd today and if City fail to beat Arsenal they might as well send the PL trophy over in a taxi. Thought you bossed 1st half as Suarez was far to isolated and Liverpool countered that by bringing on Sturridge but you defended well to see it out.
 
Ha ha redknapp de gea bashing already what a ******* ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that was a quality save from de gea it was rafael that was to blame for goal.

I did not mean this match but you cannot deny that he was won some matches on his own. Not that it is a bad thing imo

RVP has undoubtedly been great for us but I think other players like Carrick are unappreciated and contribute much more to United than most people realise.

That was ****** ridiculous from Redknapp, apparently De Gea is meant to pull off a top save and direct it perfectly just incase Rafael switches off and Sturridge gets it.

I expect it after every game now the de gea bashing, not having a thing to do for 60-70mins then pull off a class save then still gets slaughtered, thats what you get from ex scouse players who know nothing about football or keeping!
 
Carrick was superb today, probably his best half in the first half. The build up play for the first goal was superb, no wonder Welbeck and Cleverley involved in it.

Robin Van Persie, 24 Million or whatever well spent. Fantastic player and his movement is class. Also Rafael had very good game again, defensively he was very solid, I wouldn't say he is defensively weak at all, he has improved so much defensively and with the way Fabio has played defensively I won't be surprised to see Rafael, Fabio playing as RB and LB next season.

Also tbh bit disappointing subs. Thought Anderson should have came on instead of Jones.

Fabio was excellent yesterday and against chelsea!:)
