Hope Rooney is booted off to PSG(don't see where else he could go). Delighted with the appointment of Moyes...easily the best character for the job.

Thing is, would Utd fans want Fellaini deep down, bearing in mind his tackling at last glance was little over 33.5% out of 130 odd (before last match). That stat really did surprise me. Though I wonder if it's also to do with him being pushed up front a lot more and not being in his favoured holding midfield role

David Moyes was interested in Ever Banega in 2009 and there were close to signing him, i think they had issues with work permit or something, hopefully he will sign him now. Bit nut case but very good player and one of the most comfortable CMs on the ball.
 
I just want to see Asier Illarramendi in a United shirt.

Or failing that, him coming close to a move and then it breaking down just to see the legendary-level Mike. rage.

Read something on twitter or redcafe that Fergie went to such a level that he retired rather than signing a midfielder. lol, how nice it would be to see a proper CM playing alongside Carrick, I mean established one.

I haven't seen Strootman bar 1 youtube video where he made some superb runs so I won't be commenting on him. From what I read I would love to see him at United, can't be bad if he was captain of Dutch team when he was just 22 or 23 years old.

I have seen plenty of Banega games though, i just love him. His calmness on the ball is something we lack big time in the midfield.

Carrick with Banega as CM and Kagawa Nani and Rooney/Bale playing behind RVP... That would be dream. .

Started paying more interest to Strootman in the last 6/7 months, carries an edge that Carrick lacks.

I'd take either of them. Both would be a dream. Move Anderson on.

Carrick, Banega, Strootman, Cleverley, Powell
 
I can't help but feel signing a player who doesn't know how to use a handbrake isn't a great idea.

Also our record with Dutch players is excellent, Stam, VDS, RVP and Nistelrooy. Stam and Nistelrooy were signed from PSV too. Not a bad record at all.

The problem with Fellaini going to Manchester United is this...

Would he still be as effective a playe rwhen he can't be as physical as he can be at Everton?

what with giving away needless stupid fouls, risking getting sent off as he did against Liverpool? guy drives me the ****** wall at times. His stupidity against Agger for example was just...breathtaking

not crying :) I was just saying I like him, not the best fit for us and of course not going to spend that amount on him!
