This has been such a random summer transfer window for us that it honestly wouldn't suprise me if we made another bid for a totally different midfielder.

I can't beleive we have waited this long in the first place anyway. We bid for Cesc and failed sensationally, we bid for Fellaini after his ****** release clause runs out now we are bidding 30 mill for a player (and no matter how good he is) we offer 6 mill less than his release clause to a club who are highly unlikely to sell one of their best players so close to the end of the window so they will find it difficult to replace him which both decreases the chances of a bid being accepted and also adds more to his value when he is already over-priced.
If you want him badly enough to put in a 30 mill bid you should want him enough to put in a bid you know is going to be accepted, so there is no need to **** much needed time down the toilet that could be used for other transfers you may or may not be looking at in the first place. We are a top ****** club who can attract the best, we should know better than to act like a club who have no ****** idea how transfers work. It's ridiculous how we have acted in this window isn't it? Or am I overreacting?

Mixed opinions on Fellaini from the United fans, if he becomes a player for us do you really think he would be a good signing or not?

Apparently... Idk whether this is 100% true but If Man United pay the €36m release clause for Ander Herrera, they would pay 52% tax raising the fee to €55m.

I think he'll be a very good signing - improving our midfield defensively as he'll get stuck in more than Cleverley and Carrick ever will. He'll also pose a threat going forward and from set pieces (which have improved greatly since RVP arrival).
Still need a creative midfielder but Fellaini will be an improvement no doubt after years of unspending by Fergie in centre midfield
I'd like to hope that is why we're going for Herrera as well from Bilbao.
