The Manchester United Thread

At November Argentina is going to play against Portugal in Manchester.

Made up for Danny, people will start seeing the kind of player he really can be.

Selling Welbeck to Arsenal will be a decision we live to regret, £16m should of been much more then that as well considering everything.

Idk why we ever entertained letting him go, as good as Falcao can be, it seems much more short-term thinking, I'd really be baffled if we decided to buy him at the end of the season for the price we'd have to pay for a 29yo think it's like £45m.

Just some pics of the guys training, great to see some Reserve teamers training with the 1st team again. Read today could be a possibility of Jones and Smalling being fit, also Fellaini. Great to see Utd announce Park as an ambassador today :)

Lol forgot Everton had a game tonight, will be good for us! And there injuries and defensive record of late!

Everton 1-0 down. Look shocking at the back, no control in midfield against a better team I would say they would be 3-4 down by now. Can see us turning them over big time this game could really do us a huge a favour this weekend. They will be out on there feet and with the pace of Di Maria against Hibbert and Mata finding space threading Falcao and RVP, can see it being comfatable tbh.

My Jaw is sore from hitting the floor so hard!

Steven Howard uses part of his column in The Sun to have a bizarre pop at Louis van Gaal under the headline 'Louis Is Passt It'. Okay...

'The more you hear about Louis van Gaal, the more you think that he's away with the fairies,' Howard begins.

'The passing drills, we are told, are incredible. Of course, because players at a club like Manchester United obviously don't know how to do it.'

Of course, Chief Grumpypants. Because one of the keys to maintaining a level of skill is never to practise. Well done.

'Then there are the double training sessions...11-a-side games or 45 minutes...and players sent home with DVDs. I'm not sure if he's so much training as boring his players to death.'

And there ends the dissection of Van Gaal's tenure. He's making the players train hard, so he's 'away with the fairies'. What insight.
