God know any of those at FB would be terrible, I actually mean worse. LVG cant do anything if his players are unavailable.Just play valencia and blackett or young at fullback, anything but the 352.

Cant defend to save his life! And tbh we was playing 4 at the back when Gaby went off, and our FBs Young and Blackett offered nothing.Valencia has played at rb plenty of times and against newcastle at hime, he should be fine.
Like who our CMs are out injured or ill or not good enough. And we have no quality pacey players bar Di Maria who aint fully fit.Bit of pace and penetration against newcastle would also be nice.

he's not really a CM though, that performance in general was really depressing, but apart from the winning results hasn't it been similar all season in reality?

Lol yeah backs up my point ... Hard to blame LVG though as his players haven't been fit although the line-up today still had enough firepower to put away Villa easily

Yes RB has been a. I would have sooner given Janko,Verjmil or Vareala a spot as back up this season. But to say our football wont be affected due to injuries is non sense.Having proper backups would help especially at right back, the left back situation is more understanding as blind and rojo who also can play there are injured but we've had one proper right back who happens to be injured alot for years now and it's laughable.
Poor excuse and copout as far as the quality of football goes imo, we should be able to keep a good standard or better than the current even with so many injuries it shouldn't drop off just because we have fullbacks missing, playing fletcher doesn't help though which i hate saying because i like him.
Im sure he will when he has players to. Or at least I hope he does.3 man defense is a joke. We can have any number of attackers but without proper support it counts for nothing. This 3-5-2 is just a pain in *** for every single player. Hopefully Van Gaal bins it for good.
