We don't have a midfield!The midfield is lost in the 352 and offer nothing to the lonely strikers, the defenders look all over the place at times and it has fluidity to the system. Also the boring 352 shouldn't surprise anyone apart from one game at the wc holland were also boring imo.
As for someone mentioning evans declining, i agree he has massively and he isn't the only one since the moyes era.

That's wrong. Evans and Jones were fit to start. Rafael was back to training at least 2 weeks back and he posted that. Also McNair did well in a 2 CB system so Carrick could have played in the midfield from the word go.
Worst case, we could have played Jones as RB, McNair and Evans as CB,

Not only that, if you watched him you see him make stupid decisions a lot of the time, one being near the start of the second half with Benteke close by and then suddenly he does something and he ends up going on a rampaging run into the heart of our defence needlessly.

So what? Every player makes mistakes. He is a proactive CB who steps out of line to win the ball. Sometimes he gets caught out like he did vs WBA but most times he wins the ball.
