Agreed, I think our chances are minimal but we will be around there, but need a right back and centre back to win the league.

Also need to avoid injuries.
 
This is why we shouldnt talk about so many certainties. Long way to go, both for us and others around us

I wasn't talking about it as a certainty you goof, it was my opinion and been pessimistic has it's good times it seems.

That's one of the reasons I think we need a few signings in January as well to be honest, our injuries and depth in certain areas is preventing us from playing another formation other than 3 at the back.

Granted our two fullbacks are not injured at the moment, but can't see that lasting long, let alone half a season to go.

My only query with LVG is why he hasn't promoted some of our other fullbacks like Janko for example but he has done it with CB's like McNair.

Exactly. If we can keep this run of wins and draws going playing not to well. Teams below us will keep dropping points evey week. Think we will win more than we lose/draw.

I wouldnt sign anyone in Jan that wouldnt be an instant or near instant and long term bump to the side. Especially if it cut off being able to sign anyone considered a major or key target. ie I wouldnt sign Vlaar if it prevented any attempt at Hummels

Thank god we nearly have all our players back, hopefully we see a different formation.

Plus Vlaar is always injured. 2-2 City :)
