Rafa did his cheekbone halfway through 1st half in collision. Don't think will be to bad I had a mate who did same and was out for a week, then passed fit to play with Mask. Shaw from what can see was just a knock and taken off as precaution.

Shaw and rafael been injured wouldn't be as bad if blind, young and valencia were fit to play as wingbacks.

It seems like we go though each position with numerous players getting injured, the cb's are next again.

2 of those could be back next week, defo 1.
 
On a good note our youth team won the Mercedes Benz Junior Cup today. Joe Riley won player of the tournament. GK Pereira saved 3 penos in the final. Rathbone,Mensah,Borthwick Jackson other stand out players.

In 3 man defense, 2 CBs will spread out to FB position and central CB should carry ball forward, and you need a player like Pirlo who can control tempo and players like Vidal who are runners to make this system work. We have none.

Every system you pick will require people to work to be available for a pass. 4 at the back needs a ball distributor as much as 3 at the back does.
 
We miss Blind in any system imo, he's the only one in our midfield who was collecting the ball from the back and looking forward but i can't recall if he played much in a 352 before his injury?

A big miss as was Carrick today! Love Blind so tactically aware, plays it safe but always plays it forward mostly. Will be great to get him back this month. Think we have missed Fellaini last few games aswell. Our CM is still bad tbh.

Don't miss fellaini's poor passing but the midfielders today made up for that with their own rubbish passing.

Blind takes the pressure off the cb's who ***** themselves when in possesion of the ball and i could do without smalling and co's sideways, backwards or hoofball passing.

Miss Fellaini breaking up play in some games. Once we get Blind and Rojo back partnering Smalling I will be a lot happier.
