The Manchester United Thread

Whoa, that actually explains so much about why Herrera was being benched for so long. In the early games it indeed was like this. He'd constantly go out of position to get the ball. I guess he spend so much time on the sidelines because that's how long it took to drill him into playing the LVG way.
LVG has always said you must train the mind more that the skill :)

I was chatting to an American friend during the week who knows absolutely nothing about football (real football) and when I told her that we were playing Liverpool, she said "aren't Liverpool people the trailer trash of the UK?".

I didn't correct her :D

yes because manchester is so better bunch of liam gallagher wannabes

I'll always have soft spot for Nani-esque type of players, players who still tries rabonas and nutmegs even if odds are against them. Players who will dribble past 2 players, see open guy on the other post, but decide to shot from 25 meters and score a wondergoal. Andeson doesn't have that flair. He's more simple and in some hand more industrious. Great thing for him is that he can use both his feet, unlike our Tony, so he won't be limited if someone only shows him inside but closes the right side. Our Tony would stop the ball. Try some feints with his right foot and then pass it back. If Nani is gone, then I wouldn't mind him and Depay. But I would like Nani to say.
Agree in some ways but just watch that vid I posted his dribbling and flair has improved a lot this season. Can use his pace or tricks now to beat 2-3 players. And boy does he have a cracking shot on him :)

Oliver Kay @OliverKayTimes Follow Skrtel charged by FA for stamp on De Gea. Three-match ban likely. Right decision, just like it was right to charge Costa. Stamping is vile.

WHAT A PIC :)

I'll give credit where credit is due - Chelsea, City, Everton or United. There is no point being bitter. Sometimes you have to just say it how it is

I've given them credit and my skin is turning. Perhaps you've got be a local lad to understand.

talkSPORTDrive @talkSPORTDrive Follow There are still people who think Carrick is United's weak link. If you ignore all the evidence then maybe you could fabricate a case...

Here's a question...
Would you rather have Hernandez or Lacazette? Personally I think we could save a lot of money and use Hernandez as 2nd striker, but Lacazette has been doing incredible.

I've compared the two 'best' Ligue 1 strikers to Hernandez and Lacazette as well.

Interesse in #psv-spelers Memphis (#ManchesterUnited) en Willems (#RealMadrid en #ManchesterCity) neemt serieuze vormen aan.

Utd more serious on depay. City and Madrid want Willems. This journ very reliable and is certain depay will be at utd.
