"There is no precedent for a deal to be done past the deadline. Fabio Coentrao was in the same situation a few years ago when he was going to potentially move to Manchester United. The documents did not arrive in time, Real Madrid asked for five minutes and the league said no, so there is no precedent for this to be overruled. I know in England if everything is agreed you can have an extension but that has never happened in Spain and is not expected to happen."

But according to what Daniel Taylor and Bryan Swanson have posted, we've submitted it in time? So there shouldn't be a problem.

God this is a massive mind ****.

To sum it up... From Madrid: United didn't send the paperwork in time. From United: We did.

That doesn't necessarily mean anything, Spain has continental law system, there is no such thing as precedent. You'd think Balague would know this being Spanish.

Last RT; @Manu_Sainz saying Madrid are trying to calm De Gea down and they have told him they will solve the problem tomorrow.

----------------

This is why it's not good for us btw, this is going to effect him big time mentally and his performances for us, if he ever comes back the same, for one season, won't be worth nothing.

Again this money thing, unless you're getting some of that 30m why care?
I did say I'm fine with him going on a free, but if a deal was agreed between all four parties, United, Real, DDG and Navas, why would you not at least make sure the deal is done before a deadline everyone knows about?

Again, the sheer lack of confidence is what is annoying. I couldn't care less about the money these days, even 56 million for Martial is inconsequential as it is a huge gamble and if it works, he could be worth every penny, and if not then deal with it then.
