It's completely different between ManUtd and Liverpool. Even though there is lot of rivalry between Milan, Inter, Juve players usually move between these clubs. There are transfers and a very big ones too. That's not possible between ManUtd and Liverpool. Last player moved between these clubs was in 1964.

It's common in Italy but not in England.
 
Steve Bates reported that if Van Gaal is sacked then Fergie might come back to take charge for half a season. Now that's a terrible idea. He had the best send off he could have imagined, he should just enjoy his retirement life.

From my understanding from what I read Giggs would be taking over and Fergie was just making him available for advice

Martial looks more like a ******* defender in this game, says it all about LVG. FFS I have no idea what this team is doing.
 
This is one of the most average/worst Liverpool sides I've seen yet we're struggling and creating pretty much nothing. Can't believe this.
 
Darmian was terrible, for a player known for his calmness and defending, his positioning was atrocious. Tbh Valencia was much better than Darmian.
 
Gerrard, Mascherano, Alonso & Torres v Vidic, Ferdinand, Ronaldo, prime Rooney, Tevez & Evra.

Henderson, Milner, Toure v Young, Fellaini, Borthwick-Jackson & Lingaard.

How far both teams have fallen.

Its almost as if playing out of position can cause problems with positioning.

And Valencia was rock solid in most games, but in a big game he wouldn't always find ways to **** things up.
 
Do you see any urgency in our game? Any desire from our players? They are totally disinterested.

Martial was the last one to come off the pitch at half time, plodded off like he was as glum as could be. Then he was last player to come back on to the pitch after half time. I honestly can't blame him but his interest has totally been lost or the passion he showed in his first game. He has been LVG'ed so to speak.
