I think you are mixing up 2 cases. Torbe was the one who raped a girl and taped it to send it to footballers. De Gea thing is different.

In comparison it kind of was. She was 15, he would be a free man in most of continental Europe, it's only UK and Spain that have that restrictive age of consent.

The law is law and he had to go to jail, but I mostly consider him an unlucky dumbass rather than some incarnation of evil. The way that girl looked it could've happened to any of us.

Maybe, a lot of inconsistent reports coming out right now. From what I understood, Torbe raped hed her, taped it and send the recording to De Gea, who passed it along and arranged a meeting with Munain and some other dude, who threatened her and ****** her.

That'd make De Gea up for pimping and failing to report a crime, and Munain and the other dude for failing to report a crame and a rape. I guess we'll have to wait and see see, but they very fact that De Gea associated with a head of prostitution ring (and the guy is already in jail, mind) is rather disgusting.

Apparently police investigation found nothing against players so they won't be implicated.
 
If found guilty club should sack him immediately. There are things lot more serious and bigger in life than a game of football.
 
There must be loads of this stuff that goes on that never comes out. Not necessarily to the same degree, but young lads, who lets face it the majority of footballers aren't the smartest of guys, with **** loads of money and time on their hands .....

Everyone would be best not panicking until something more concrete comes out. He could be ****** here for soliciting on the face of it but let's not jump the gun.

Interesting timing the day the tourney starts too to release this. No coincidence there.

*** tape wise - I remember when the england u21 got caught, never hear a word now and the one at Man U in feb last year. They prob come and go in heavy numbers across the game. Nothing new bar the age of the lass..
 
There is no evidence... idk why people are taking it so seriously like he is guilty or something. It's not even serious enough for him to leave the Spanish squad so stop getting worked up.

There are plenty of cases where people make up fabrication to try and make money, I believe this is one of them.
 
Does make one wonder if Madrid knew this was about to come out being as they've just publicly announced they're no longer interested in him after chashing him for 18 months or so?

I highly doubt that. They have a good keeper in Keylor Navas who the fans love. No reason to buy a new keeper who will cost a bunch.

About this whole thing though, DDG is innocent until proven guilty in my eyes. At the moment he just seems to be a unlucky person who wasn't aware of anything to do with the girls being underage or abused.

The fact that he's still in the Spanish team and hasn't been sent home to be questioned says a bunch.
 
Innocent till proven guilty. If he's done it I want him out of the club immediately, **** what it does to our chances. Until then it saying nothing because there is a lot of speculation and bullshit going around.

Unless you're referring to another Johnson that I'm not aware of, this is completely wrong. The pictures floating around social media were of Stacey Flounders, Adam's ex-girlfriend. As for him not knowing her age, he asked her and she told him she was 15, and she wouldn't turn 16 until November. This took place in January last year, so she hadn't been 15 for too long.

He knew her age, he knew it was illegal, yet he carried on talking to her and trying to get into her pants. That's grooming. He's a scumbag and a moron. The girl should be praised for exposing him.
