Ounas wouldn't start, though. And Mk? Mkhitariyan? Seems doubtful, Dortmund don't want to let him go et all. If not, I actually wouldn't mind a punt at Gotze. Used to follow him a lot when he was at Dortmund.
But he's declined since his time at dortmund

Ounas would not be signed to be a starter. Dortmund will sell imo if we match a fee they deem good enough, about the same price as Hummels cost most Dortmund fans seem to think. Gotze is not a winger.

Expecting Mkhitarian to push out Mata is a bit of a stretch, he had a total of one good season out of three in Bundesliga. First two years he's been utter wank.

Plus they're not selling anyway.

I'd keep both. Mata through the middle, MK on the right, Martial left. But I don't expect them to sell

Agree sterling has been wank as has Kane. Would replace both with Sturridge and Rashford.
Kane and Sterling have to go, but Rashford at the moment is probably better as an impact substitute, once Sturridge and Vardy came on it was a totally different ball game. Vardy is not only in form he is also on a high. I'm not playing down Rashford's ability he is an awesome talent but he is still young and needs to be used wisely to avoid him burning out as has been the case with so many English youngsters over the years. Vardy meanwhile has seen the tough side of football in the non-league and has managed to make it to the top despite rejection at an early age, it is clear he has the thirst to score and if given the chance will prove decisive in this tornament.

That said it's good to see that Rooney is showing the doubters how wrong they were to say he would be a liability in midfield. He may not have got into the goalscoring positions in the two games so far but he has still managed to dictate the play, ok so Wales and Russia aren't at the standard of Spain or Germany but it has been an encouraging start. I don't think England will win but once out of the group stage it becomes a lottery, and you don't have to be the best overall team to win just the luckiest as Greece and Denmark have proved in the past.

They definitely won't sell at 24m euros, even though he badly wants the move. We need to go 35m+. Make it worth their while to sell a year earlier. And we need to do it soon so they can replace him.

Mkhitaryan still confident of sealing a move to MUFC despite Dortmund's insistence they will not sell him this summer (1/2)

I agree mate definitely won't get him anywhere near that price. I reckon 40 at the least. Sounds like from the tweet I posted that works going on behind the scenes from all parties.

United need to ignore the fact he only has one year left, Dortmund are not like other clubs, they are seriously stubborn. So there is not point trying to hard negotiate with them.

Yep was thinking the same. We should go into this like any normal transfer if Mou wants the player that much. Forget his contract and pay the price.

Bet Zlatan can't wait to get to Utd and play with some top players again. Sweden are garbage! Can't believe they won the u21s the other year maybe last year and not one made it to this Euros. And the coach continues to pick the same old players that are past it and would not get in most Championship teams.

No offence but considering he spent the past few years at PSG playing with some proper top players all around, he is not exactly going to be dazzed by the players at United who are arguably not as good as some of the players he played with at PSG

What has any of that got to do with what I posted or about the quality of the Sweden team? Surely the Utd players are of a better quality than the Swedish team!

Quality of players has nothing to do with it really, Zlatan would disappear against that Italian defense anyway. It's what he does when people put up a fight.

Luckily for you, the quality of defending in the Prem is not quite Juventus level.

It's still going to be a lot better than the statues he's playing with in Sweden?

Read my earlier post
His point still very much stands. He's got Martial, Mata, decent chance of MK behind him, two of Rooney, Bastian, Morgan, Herrera, Carrick in midfield. I think he will be alright with that.

I agree which is why I told TOD earlier that I had misread his post
