The Manchester United Thread

Roma president also said Benatia was sold for being a "poisonous liar" so if he doesn't get his way, which he may not with starting then he may not be a player you want

Never knew that, hmm, interesting.

Me neither No 4 incoming :) then Mourinho can breath. What a signing IF true

I think the basic agreement might just be between Pogba and club. But if we're willing to spend what is reported then it will be fairly easy to get over the line with Juve I imagine.

Di Marzio has apprently said that Juve have agreed to discuss the transfer now.

As much as I like Pogba I would not be spending over 80 million on him, let alone 120

120 mill euros so 100mill pounds but I get your point, is a **** of a lot of money but honestly, I'd much rather see us using it than lining the Glazers pockets. I think that's why a lot of fans are not caring about it anymore.

So if we could pay all the money wanted that would be great

Lol, since Woodward has been in charge that seems the approach now... at first I did kind of dislike him and I still think he has his flaws. (I still stick to my theory that he has a Galactico Real Madrid type image for United). But it's hard not to admire him spending all this when the Glazers are above him.

Yeah but that video doesn't cover all those sloppy giveaways/passes.

No way we should be paying more than £60 mill for pogba.

Absurd money, but still, better spent than lining Glazers pockets.

thing is he will not get the space or time to do that if he comes

Well I guess you can always use that argument in certain scenarios but a lot of the impressive stuff I saw him doing was actually when he was surrounded or highly pressured by opposition. But still regardless, you see the talent this guy has and this is still not near the finished article. He still needs fine tuning like Mike says, if he goes up a few more gears he will be unstoppable, literally.

Hahah, yeah, I'm watching these too and while being on the hype train, I've signed him in my Dortmund save. It was 164 million. :D

Lol, which role are you playing him and how is he doing?

I'm also partly terrified what Juve would do with 120 mil to buy players haha

If it did go through, I'd imagine they might struggle to buy players at anything close to fair value because the whole world would know that they had just received a world record transfer fee.

Know what you mean but Juve are brilliant at transfers.

Getting players like Pirlo, Khedira, Evra, Dani Alves, Pogba, Coman for next to nothing.

Bonucci Chielini cost sod all too.

If Pogba goes now, they will get someone decent that will become class
