I wouldn't be that's all they are! On the transfer front. Northcroft is adamant Keane is all but done, been told by people close to his club. Also the guy breaking all the City news confirms that they are not in for Fabinho he's no longer a target.

So Griezmann has told the club he wants to leave by good sources. And Fabinho is close :)

As reported by Antonio Ruiz in Deportes COPE, the French player has transmitted to the noble zone of the club that wants to leave. Surely to Manchester. It is one thing to ask to leave something else is to let him leave. If it is not for the clause or a little less, Atletico will not talk about the possible exit.

I'm picturing a number of aged men with beards sitting on thrones in overly elaborate clothes being shocked at the news broight ot them by a messenger, in reality probably just a typo that then failed to work in google translate

Andreas Pereira is set to get the chance to win a place in the Manchester United squad for next season, sources have told ESPN FC.

Pereira, 21, spent last season on loan at Spanish club Granada, and after an impressive campaign in La Liga Jose Mourinho is ready to offer him the opportunity to impress.

The Brazil under-23 international midfielder is expected back at United's Carrington training ground on July 8 ahead of the preseason tour of the United States.

He is likely to be included in the squad for the games against LA Galaxy, Real Salt Lake, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Barcelona before a decision about his long-term future is made.

Pereira scored in Mourinho's first game in charge of United last summer, a 2-0 win at Wigan Athletic in July.

He was included in the squad for the tour of China but, after being overlooked for a preseason trip to Gothenburg to play Galatasaray, signed a season-long loan deal at Granada.

Granada were relegated from Spain's top-flight, but Pereira scored five goals in 37 games for them.

He was in regular contact with Mourinho and assistant Rui Faria during his loan spell and was in the stands at Old Trafford for the last Premier League game of the season against Crystal Palace.

He is under contract until 2018, with the option of another year.

"It's been very good playing at a high level in Spain every week," Pereira told United's official website in March.

"I get to train and focus hard for the games and, for me, it's been very good. It's a very good league and a very high level.

"The football here is different than in England but it's good to test yourself to see what level you are at and to improve every week."

Pereira, who was born in Belgium but qualifies for Brazil through his father, joined United from Dutch side PSV Eindhoven in 2011 and made his first-team debut under Louis van Goal in 2014.

Signed him from Real Betis beating City. Winger who can play anywhere in the front 4. Spoke to a few Bettis and youth Spanish followers. He's one of the brightest attacking talents around atm. Will be a compensation deal. That's the second Spanish signing this Summer :)

Manchester United have moved clear of Real Madrid as the most valuable football club in the world, a report by auditors KPMG has found....

Spoiler: Full TextUnited have been valued at €3.004 billion (£2.61bn), ahead of both Real (€2.895bn) and Barcelona (€2.688bn). KPMG had estimatedMadrid and United as being worth €2.9bn at the end of the 2015-16 season.

Bayern Munich (€2.367bn) are fourth on the list, with Manchester City (€1.909bn) the next highest-placed English team in fifth. Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Juventus and Tottenham Hotspur complete the top 10.

In May, United announced projected full-year revenues of between £560 million and £570m and expected profits that could eclipse their current record of £191.9m.

They currently have 26 global sponsorship deals, including with kit manufacturer adidas, shirt sponsor Chevrolet, 20th Century Fox and Uber, as well as 10 regional sponsorship deals and 28 other media and financial partners.

Broadcasting rights alone are worth £8.3bn to the 20 Premier League teams.

KPMG, one of the world's four big auditing companies along with Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, estimate that United are the first football club to break through the €3bn barrier for enterprise value.

Andrea Sartori, KPMG's global head of sports and author of "Football Clubs' Valuation: The European Elite 2017," said: "The aggregate value of Europe's 32 leading football clubs suggests that the overall value of football, as an industry, has grown.

Rose is brilliant. Has come such a long way. The fact he wants Rose should tell you the only issue he has with Shaw is fitness, and perhaps attitude. Because they are very similar players

Yep, Rose is the English Luke Shaw basically.

Mino Raiola tells us Zlatan wants to stay at @ManUtd but there are offers on the table and nothing is certain. But will stay if Mourinho and Utd want.

Excellent news will be great to have second half of season if all parties agree.

Carrick warming up for new role
It’s understood United are hopeful Carrick will start to help with the development of the club’s junior players as he continues to gear up for a coaching career after he retires.

Carrick has already begun taking his coaching badges and extending his stay at United beyond his playing career and it was noticeable he was guiding 16-year-old Angel Gomes during the warm-up against Crystal Palace.

Think he will make a good coach. Good head on his shoulders, and plays the game right. Will be great for our youth to tap into his knowledge.

Happy so so far from what I'm hearing since season is finished. Carrick and Valencia new deals. Herrera to be announced soon. Looks like DDG going nowhere. 1 new signing already for the u18s 2 more to follow soon. New announcement imminent on the new u23s manager. Zlatan looks to be staying. And good vibes on Griezmann, Fabinho, Keane so far. But let's see how that plays out.

Re: Dier, even though the versatile and classy Fabinho is first choice in both halves of Manchester, I'd take Matic (who is rumoured of fancying a Mourinho reunion) a lot quicker than the Englishman.
