The Martian Be a Player

It’s the year 2015 and humans have colonised Mars. With them they brought football, state-of-the-art infrastructure, couple of million people and of course, pizza!

NASA were the masterminds of this project and they secretly developed 10 different places on Mars and built football stadiums, shopping malls and residential areas. They kept all this a secret from the public as they were preparing for life on Mars for the last 20 years.

The people who developed these 10 places on Mars played football in their free time and over time they had an instinct to become competitive, over the 20 years the workers and their families played football against the people in the other territories and thus began a competitive era of football on Mars.

In 2015 the ‘original’ Martians’ children are all 15-17 and they have set their sights to professionalise football on Mars. They, with the help of NASA, have developed the Martian Premier League for teams on Mars, as well as a Martian Cup, Super Cup and a Pre-Season friendly tournament between the winners of champion’s leagues on earth. The national team also has a tournament against the 2 best teams from each continent which occurs every 2 years.

This is a Be a Player mode where YOU are the sons of these workers who now joined certain clubs on Mars.
*Please note that this database, incl. graphics took me about 2 weeks to complete. I have minimised the errors on this database. Mars has replaced Tonga and Tonga has replaced Kiribati.

** Judging by the logo colors, Utopia City will have a color scheme really similar to Oceanus (my favourite team in the Atlantean? Atlantian? database), it's a silly reason to choose a team... but hey, it's a reason nonetheless ^^

.P.S.: I find funny how Kiribati always gets replaced in this kind of alternative databases.

Don't worry I have already declared everyone for Mars from the start, the second nationalities are there just to have some 'Earth' background for players.

Team Arsia does sound like ****, but actually all of the teams are named after the actual places on Mars, some are crators and others are volcanoes or quadrants.
