A good upturn in form means that we are now 11th in the league. I am very happy that we appear to have turned a corner after a torrid start to my spell at OES. Also Talis has joined on loan from INT and Cesar Ramirez has joined on loan from Orsomarso SC.

Last couple of games were very bad. A player called Deivity has joined us on loan from GOI. Fabricio has gone to CUI for 30.5k pounds. And we also have the dreaded board meeting to discuss our future at the club.

After the board meeting, the board have set a target of 6 points in 5 games for me. We have to accomplish that to stay on as OES manager.

So we have a new job. I have resigned from OES and I have taken the Cameroon job for the second time in my managerial career. I am now earning 6.25k pounds per week. Nearly double after the previous job. We left OES after we had a 20% win rate and a relegation, so it was not a particularly good spell there, they were 18th in the Brazilian Second Division. I technically jumped before I was pushed. This is what the Cameroon squad looks like currently.

We have had a few interviews and we played our first couple of games as Cameroon manager in our second stint against Togo and Zambia.

I have got a bunch of job offers but I won't take them because of the wages on offer.

Top of the rich list currently is Julian Nagelsmann at Juventus earning 165k pounds per week. Second on the list is Brendan Rodgers at Liverpool earning 160k pounds per week. Third on the list is Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Manchester United earning 160k pounds per week. Under Nagelsmann last season Juventus won Serie A, they won the Italian Super Cup final against Napoli, won the Italian Cup against Milan and lost in the Champions League semi final against Bayern Munich. Under Rodgers last season, Liverpool finished 2nd in the Premier League, they lost the Community Shield to Manchester United, lost in the Carabao Cup third round to Brighton, they lost in the Champions League quarter final to Manchester United, lost in the FA Cup semi final to Blackburn. Under Solskjaer last season, Manchester United won the Premier League, won the Community Shield against Liverpool, lost the Euro Super Cup to Real Madrid, won the Carabao Cup against Arsenal, lost in the FA Cup semi final against Tottenham, and lost in the Champions League semi final on away goals to PSG.

We have received a few job offers but refused to take them because of the wages on offer. We face Chad B in the CHAN qualifying campaign so hopefully we do well there.

We qualified with the Cameroon B team for the CHAN by beating Chad B over two legs. Two Cameroonians have accepted call ups to the national team as well.

We played friendlies against Luxembourg and Peru, so we won against Luxembourg and lost against Peru. Also the African Cup of Nations qualifying groups have been drawn.

We lost the friendly against Hungary and we drew Rwanda in the World Cup Qualifier. We won the World Cup qualifier against Rwanda and we have been drawn in our World Cup African Qualifying group.

The CHAN group stage has been drawn and we have suffered a string of injuries to our Cameroon side, in the January transfer window I am already considering different opportunities.

I have started applying for new jobs and I have had a few clubs approach me, but the wages on offer are not the ones I am looking for.

We have officially joined a new club and it is Eupen in the Belgian Pro League. We have quit the Cameroon job with a 42% win rate. And I am happy to join a new club after nearly 8 months in the Cameroon job. My wages are now 6.5k pounds per week, a slight pay rise. This is what the Eupen squad looks like.

Geslin Nsingi has gone on loan to US Granville. Rustam Livtinov has joined Eupen on a free transfer and Hamidou Colin is also another player who has joined on a free transfer from Grimbergen. Our first game that we managed did not go to plan at all as we lost the game.

Olivier Ngoie has gone on loan to CS Sedan Ardennes. Brice Ngoie and Cristian Campero have joined Eupen on a free transfer. Our horrid run of form still continues and we have had a poor start to our reign at Eupen.
