The Most Confussing Last Day Scenario EVER, MUST SEE

Can anyone work this last match day scenario out for me:

Long story short, after winning CL with Newcastle 2013 I got offered Milan Job (Milan had not finished inside top 6 in 4 seasons)

So I assemble my squad in hunt for CL football:

Ok so I go into match day 38 even on points with Genoa (best side I have ever seen assembled (Gourcuff, Rooney, Chiellini, Criscito, Cavani, Zucilini) & fiorentina.

We all have 86 points and according to the game Serie a sorts its teams by head to head results then goal difference.

Genoa beat Milan on head to head
Fiorentina beat Genoa on head to head
Milan beat Fiorentina on head to head

Genoa 4 goals better off than Milan
Milan 3 goals better off than Fiorentina
Fiorentina 7 goals worse off than Genoa and 3 worse off than Milan.

If we win all our games on last day …… who will win the league.

This nearly happened in La Liga a few years ago with Barca Madrid and Sevilla. It was like Barca had beat Madrid, Madrid hat beat Sevilla and Sevilla had beat Barca. Pundits and that said that it would hvae to go to like a mini round robin if all the teams finsihed on the same points, it didnt happen as Sevilla fell away but it was astrange situation. So anything could happen in your game really lol
