I've gone for Mourinho, for what he did at Chelsea. A team rarely in UCL spots, to a Championship winning team - with help from money.

I wouldn't say Sir Alex simply because he had, what 5 terrible seasons, before winning his first League Title with Man Utd. I think the success is just down to him building great teams, and knowing who to buy. Also, his ability to spot talent, years before anyone else gets to experience it.

Mr Brian Clough for me, He's not the Greatest but he's definitly in my Top 1.

sir Bobby Robson. One of the most loved managers in football. And an absolutely superb manager. RIP:'(

I was going to say Sir Bobby, but when I read how much of an influence on me,I changed it to Sir Alex.

Walter Smith, led my team back to the top with nothing to work with. And also Paul Le Guen, taught me the best way to **** up a team XD.

Not a single mention of Matt Busby!

The man who brought United into the big leagues and who hand a huge influence of Sir Alex.

Definitely one of the most influential managers of all time!

Wheres Phil Brown, half time on the pitch team talks are very influential

Most influential would mean the manager who most impacted upon football?

In modern times, that's Michels. No Michels, no Ajax, no Barca, no Holland, no 'total football'. So no Graham Taylor's Watford, no Sacchi's Milan, no, well, you get the picture.

That's why FIFA voted him 'Coach of the Century'.

There's a good case for a couple of English managers who were about in the 30s (the ones who took football to South America and developed the passing game in Europe) but I'll settle with Michels.

I can see that Sir Alex is top, so I'm assuming that people thought the question was "whos most influential when it comes to referees".
