View attachment 283297 Find this lad in croatia and bought him for 2.2m from Hajduk. He prefers to play in the middle of the pitch , but I had started to retrain him for a full-back and eventually wing-back who will boss the left side of the field. He had just recovered from a long 9 months injury and he lost a lot of his speed(now is 19). My question to you guys is how to improve him carefully to become the beast on the left wing!

Find a tutor for him, preferably one with model professional personality as it leads to better end results, also give him as much playing time as possible
