Bates gives an extra £3m

Sources are saying after a request from Leeds boss Simon Casey for more money, chairman Ken Bates immediately added £3m to the transfer budget. The club is in a healthy state financially and Casey was reported to be frustrated when a lot of the money he made from sales was not added to bring in replacements. The Leeds manager raked in £4.5m while only spending £5.75m.

Casey is reported to be after a few player. Shakhtar's Brazilian striker Luiz Adriano has been thought to be on that list, the 22 year old would cost around £2m. Another Brazilian Doka Madureira of Litex has also been linked with a move to Elland road, a fee of £1.4m would be required. Two Championship players in the form of Owen Garvan and Marvin Elliot have been under watch from Leeds, Bristol would want over £2m while Garven would be under £1.5m. Lastly Casey declared interest in Adam Lallana, the attacking midfielder would cost under £1m and has been in good form.

Chri22 summer update, and for 3 months more are as was past September when I brought most in so could only get 3 months
 
nice story aand greating dealings in the market, especially the loan market.... i signed mputu before and he i absolutely quality so nice signing there too mate. Good luck with this, ill follow.

Bit of advice , if you can try and get Garry O'Connor I got him with Leeds and he scored 27 league goals for me in the 1st season

Its going well so far, keep it up, btw could I have a screenshot of your first eleven? I had Etuhu, Gibson and Kakuta on loan in my leeds save, they were immense. :D ;)
 
I will post team of the year at the end of the season
 
Mate for the Leeds against Middelsbrough you put that you won 4-0 and I would reccomend strenthening the defence but great story so far.
