I currently have 5 crates of 6x750ml 5.5% fruit ciders that I bought for ?8 a crate. And thus begins the new university year.

You might want some after todays game. :)

He had to haggle to get them after having mortgaged his entire adult life to pay for a flat in Stratford.

Got a place in Canada Water for (relative to London) a very good price!

3rd wheeling a couple who won't let you get ferrets :)

Least I won't be spending next week sleeping on the streets of Newcastle in a **** stained state after a couple of strongbows.

I wish I had some lol. And I especially need some after finishing an extremely frustrating quest in WoW-drove me mental lol.

Still can't get over how great a match that was even though we dropped 2 points

You mean you need some because you play WoW. Get off one life destroying addiction to a slightly less life destroying one. :)

lol, no it was just an extremely annoying quest that was meant to be soloable-but turned it wasn't. Even for a 76 prot pally.

Used to be addicted to it admittedly-but not anymore. Play it only a couple of hours a day now. Much more interested in getting a job. Only addiction right now is football

Alan Pardew and his coaching team have agreed a new 8 year deal

Crazy decision, football can change quickly, and with that big a contract, a pay out would be unreal.. i thought Ashley was supposed to be a 'Business man' ??

To be honest a very clever one. I sometimes feel he is a "YES" man for Ashley. However this is a refreshing approach and clearly states that we are trying to build a foundation at the club and has we all know, 10 games can now cost you your job..........Lets face it over the past few years will have failed and even got relegated, and on a shoe string budget Pardew have done pretty well. This may be an ingenuous idea IMO.

Pardew has done brilliantly well, but there is nothing ingenious about it!

to base anyone on a contract for that long a time is very very risky.. reward him with a 3 or 4 year contract not an 8 year!

I agree that its risky, but I just feel that this gives assurance and removes the pressure of pardew a little. There must be some sort of plan to give him a contract this long..........Hopefully a good one, That being said it takes a bad run of results with any team and the contract becomes meaningless, Which also questions how much Pardew is actually getting paid?

Assurances are made with a new 3 or 4 year contract, it is just silly giving someone a contract that long, like i said things can change very very quickly, and should Newcastle have a bad run of form over the next few years and end up bottom half or lower then fans will suddenly turn... then financially it will be a massive decision for ashley

no doubt he has done a great job, but its way too long

I went to my first game tonight, pretty good game. Very easy performance for Newcastle but solid enough. Was actually quite impressed with ferguson at left back, was solid enough at back and played numerous great balls down the line. Also attacked well. Got little to no help from Obertan, who is just **** :)

Haha, Newcastle sponsored by Wonga. Love it. How North East..

That was quick. Cabaye scores after 3. 1-0
