Anyone signed Isak from Dortmund? "the next Zlatan"

My scout quoted upto £20 mill for him, wondered if he's worth it.

In my save (2022) he is in City but he is underperforming. They put him in their trasfer list with only 10 million as a price tag. I went to buy him in order to have him as a back up (Kuki is my main striker) but I cannot sign him since his work permit did not granted.
