Im gunna try and see all the films in the next few weeks that have been nominated in the main categories.

Not saw enough to make proper comment but..

For best actor prob Sean Penn, i dont like Sean Penn but he was really good in Milk (which is a decent but not great film). He prob will win as well because as they say play gay or tard and you get an oscar. Cant belive Downey Jnr has been nominated for best supporting hes the reason I didnt watch Tropic Thunder, hate him so much and he looked even more annoying from the trailer. Anyone seen Tropic, was he any good? Heath gets a nom, no shock and its deserved.

Saw 3/5 of the Best Picture noms. Milk was ok but not oscar worth (7/10) both Slumdog and F/N were great with my fav of the 3 being Frost/Nixon

Not seen any of the actresses films but I hate Meryl Streep with a passion, whys she back!?

Only films I have seen on there are Dark Knight and Kung Fu Panda. Just don't get time to watch many films anymore :(

Heath Ledgers obviously won his category

he was more intresting than th batman man joker should have been classed as the lead, batman bored me he just grunted, drove a sunbed on oversized wheelsand somehow flew with just a cape.

Tbh I found most the movie boring, It's only so hyped because of Heath Ledger

Brad Pitt isnt one of my fav guys ever but he deserves one for his performance in Benjemin Button, a Great film

It was a comic book film, they are allowed to bend the rules a bit.

Last film I saw at the cinema was Quantam of Solace and that was ages ago :(

Bend the rules! He just glides in midair I can handle explained unrealism like the phone signal thing and he could see I liked that but floating about like a pompus stiff, he didnt even like get bit by a bat like spiderman he's just normal bloke who goes to dinner parties and has lots of money for gadgets!

Still a good film though..

Same actuallly

couldnt you watch films on your latop at work/uni

It had been broken for past few months. Only just got it back, but yes I do plan on using it to watch films whilst I am at work :)

Have you never seen a hand glider before? (wh)

why has he got an invisible hand glider in his back pocket?

ffs

do you just watch documentry films? as all films have a degree of unrealism and being a comic book stroy i tihnki ts allowed more leway, plus Batmans the most realistic of all the comic book films.

Have you not seen the film?

His cape can become rigid and he uses it to glide.

He's probably just seen Dark Knight as his cape only gets explained in Batman Begins.
