The Player Status Committee

So 4 & a half years into my Man City save, Mario Balotelli has a hissy fit for the first time! He gets unhappy with a fine (that I didn't even give him) & I get a message saying "Balotelli attempts to tear up his contract." Then a couple of weeks later I hear that The Player Status Committee has told Balotelli to stay!
