That doesn't say much to be honest. Liverpool have done most of their spending over the last few seasons and have finally got a squad to the required standard, City will always spend, United are in the middle of a rebuild of a rebuild, Arsenal are finally rebuilding, Levy has finally let the purse strings loosen, and Everton are like kids in a sweet shop once again. The fans who should feel sorry for are Villa's they spent all that money and find themselves in the relegation zone. This sort of data proves nothing except to inflate the egos.

Probably most pertinent to leave this here. Being we're in the middle of a transfer window.

The age demographic of how the best side in World football everyone's trying to catch has been assembled. Not too young to still be learning. Not too old to be past their past. All ready to peak together.

'Jack Robinson Sheff Utd tweet'
Our youngest ever debutant, at the time, way back when under Rafa.

Fair play to him. Been a LONG, hard road back to the PL.

*Edit* 2 and half year contract. Didn't realise it was a permy. Figured it was a loan.

Made up for him. Hard graft lower down pays off.
