I think they realise the gulf between the Championship and the Premiership and want to stay up for more than one season it wouldbe interesting to compare the number of players brought in for that money with Chelsea and Arsenal etc.

I would say no to top team for now. Aston Villa or Newcastle would be interesting. Can get exactly the players he want.

He should be going to a team in and around the EL / 4th place club imo
