I doubt even Big Sam would be able to sort out Everton to be honest.

My favourites for the drop and I can’t see that changing!

On a more serious note to this AM’s news (I know. Politics. But this is massive and worthy of at least one comment. Indulge us V)-

I wasn’t left feeling as elated as I thought I would be.

So the single worst PM in British history, who makes Trump look ‘honest’, is finally done.

As much joy as there is in seeing him go out in such disgrace, its bittersweet and proper tinged for me. He should never have been anywhere near Downing Street. But they are ALL as bad and complicit. And we could well be in an even worse state if someone like Sunak gets the gig.

Made up the despicable excuse for a human being is out.

But it’s completely deflated by what could well be to follow.

They’d STILL be championing him if it wasn’t for self-preservation. They are a cult.

And a bad Brexit one at that.

Just try to keep it as civil as possible.

Boris should never have been given the job, to be honest he only got the post because he promised what many people wanted, which was, Brexit, a decentralisation from the hole that is London, wealth to the North of the country (what about the South West and the East?) and no Corbyn government. Of those promises he has managed one ie No Corbyn Government, hashed the Brexit big style (even May's agreement would be better and totally failed with decentalisation from London and 'leveling' up. That said the Labour Party scare me just as much, Starmer likes to talk the talk but is he really strong enough to keep control, I seriously doubt it!

Now Back to the footy. Predictions for next season anyone?

We’ll get to that in a few weeks as the season starts and squads are set but things that won’t change regardless-

City and L’pool having their own personal battle well clear of everyone.

3rd l/ 4th and the Europa places should be a good battle again.

Everton to be battling relegation all season and finally go this time.

Yes please. But afraid Fulham Not Forest are too weak to stay up( But hope Forest can stay ofc, dont care about Fulham)

I really hope Brighton can bring in some decent striker, really think they could upset lot of clubs if they take their shots.

But yeah too early to discuss something, have a sneaky idea that Conte might unleash his magic this season. Lot of depends how clubs will get their transfers done and wont leave them too late. I am so glad that things are planned and done from our side. It is not much but season still starts earlier.

Tottenhams a really interesting project with Conte. I’d make them clear favourites for third right now sans Chelsea going on any spending tear. They are finally invested in and backing a top manager for once.

They should be looking at doubling down on the CL place and and going hard for a cup.

If no more transfers:
1. City
2. L'pool
3. Spurs
4. Chelsea
5. Arsenal
6. United
.
.
.
18. Everton
19. Leeds
20. Fulham

Yeah, I’d have Leeds in a relegation fight.

Not sure on Marsch at all and his narrow system. But as this is his first pre-season, its too early to judge.
