I don't get it when most of the World are doing the complete opposite but you have to trust that they know what they're doing off all the expert advice and science.

Maybe next Tuesday's UEFA meeting is why they're dragging their feet. Waiting for someone else to make a decision for them? Then they aren't the 'bad guys' that took our National game.

English Football League has agreed to suspend all games until at least 4 April due to the virus outbreak

Privately, officials admit very little chance of football resuming as early as Apr 4th so further extension then seems almost certain, unless season is abandoned, but review looks set to happen then if Prem League agree with EFL

About the best that could be hoped for.

I'm not personally optimistic we'll see any football again this year, let alone in April when it's set to peak. But at least now we have a time frame to aim for and review as we go. All we can currently do.

Football should be back in May. But is it too late for football? Maybe the best thing is to cancel all leagues and give silverware where you can.
