Phenomenal player.

Record means nothing as everything they do they’ve cheated their way to.

Just another tainted record.

What do we think about JWP from Soton? Can he be a good rotational player for a top club?,

I think there's a reason why nobody bigger than Southampton has ever shown any serious interest in him.

One trick pony free-kick specialist.

As if Tierney and his thug lino weren’t bad and costly enough for L’pool yesterday, what happened to Brighton at Tottenham Sat’day was beyond a disgrace.

Third time this season the PGMOL has apologised to Brighton this year after games. Which utterly stinks.

Hard not to conclude they aren’t doing everything possible to keep a small club out of the CL.

Few years ago I would have not agreed with you, but as time goes by have to agree. He is max mid table player, with English tax for transfer price.
There is not much he brings to the table to elevate midfield and controll it. Considering he has good tehnical skill and leg for dead balls, he is seriously lacking ability to use it during active game. Always side or back passes, playing safe. Years back he sometimes showed how good he could be. But I really think playing at Southampton has not done any good for his progress.
Yes I would take him to Leeds for sure as our midfield is big **** right now. But dont see top clubs going after him.

I've read an article on JWP and how moving him to a deepest midfield position changed the way he plays, for the worst. He's no longer main creative force and is instructed to 'keep it simple'.
But the more I see from him, the more I think he's not really a playmaker he used to be.

City are a proper weird breed.

Booing Cancelo after all he did there. Same Milner,

Like a boo them more than Evertonian's which is ****** impressive.

Not done yet but this is the season to win it as City only recently hit form and every other top team is in transition or not on the come-up just yet.

I personally think they lost the league last week mate. That was when thw title hit them when they looked over the edge at 2 up and absolutely **** themselves. Never been in this position to experience that pressure.

If I’m right, it will be the biggest bottle job in PL history BTW given the lead they had at Christmas. And I also agree this year, when the leagues SO poor, and everything has aligned for them, is their one chance to win it. All things being equal, they are levels below ourselves and City over the last 4/5 seasons and I think average squad reality will hit them next year with CL to boot.

You can defo see City winning out. Arsenal, not so much.

Which works for me as its just another tainted title for the cheats that nobody is arsed about.
