In the update pack.. While starting a new game, Spain is usually not eligible for selection due to a mistake I suppose in the promotions and relegation part of the update.. Here it says that "this nation (Spain) cannot be selected due to presence of 21 teams in their third tier.(Liga 3) instead of 20. Please how can this be corrected as I need the promotions to play. And I want to manage a team in spain
