It is good for a first kit.
A few things that I think would improve it:

• Reduce the width of the sponsor and move it up a bit - sometimes it helps to change the sponsor and logo to smart objects to maintain image quality
• Make the logo slightly smaller - usually about 35x35 is ideal (on the full size kit that is)
• Try to reduce the jagged edges along the black ends of the sleeves

I don't remember if I posted these, as I made them a while ago... Oh well. I haven't really made anything new recently... Uni

Nice one mate.. Although, make the sponsor a little smaller, the badge a little smaller. And just a personal taste thing, try using FB kits instead. Looks better and is easier to work with imo. But great attempt for a 1st kit
