Hi Guys,

Please see my first effort at designing a kit. I used a PNG image from Google (the Everton one) because I couldn't edit the templates available on here for some reason?! - I am using GIMP 2.0 in order to see if it is a good free alternative to Photoshop.

The only thing I couldn't do was keep the Shirt creases etc. which was disappointing.

A modern take on a kit for Huddersfield town, used the same colours for home/away, I just don't like downward striped kits. used the Huddersfield Giants colours on a plain kit for the alternate.

Guys can you please resize kits to 250 x 250 as in the OP, sorry to be a goon :)
 
No wonder anyone has bothered to Rate my effort, the other posts are pretty **** good. I think GIMP is limited when colouring as you lose the texture!

I rate both the Man City efforts highly.

First try at kitting :D. Anyway I would like to ask, the template I downloaded had the kit in the middle, hwo do I position it to the left or right?

8/10 for the first set, not sure about the Home for the second set, the sponsor looks weird (wrong colour) but the second is good - 6/10 overall for that pair.
 
6/10 Sorry but it looks a messs.....
 
You could try a lighter blue for set 2 away.
