(The club is short a cb at the start of the game, so with Alex and Terry not the fastest defenders around I decided to bring in someone with just a little bit more pace than them and train him to be the fast covering defender type.)

Andy Carroll

(On my game I use an edited data-base where I have changed some of the players attributes, who have been consistantly brilliant this season and Carroll definitely fits that description. I think irl he is the most like Drogba of anyone in the prem, so it only made sense to line him up as his eventual replacement on my game. With Newcastle now in the top tier though, I decided to leave the transfer go through at the end of the season, so he could have a good run against top teams before plying his trade for Chelsea.)

Lukaku - Rotation

(I brought him in as a loan signing as Drogba got injured for three months during pre-season. I will only use him in games where physicality is needed though.)

Labyad - Back up

(Another loan signing, this time though it was to keep an eye on him while training him with the best resources. My scouts reported that he would be a great player, but I decided to monitor him progress closely for a season before signing him, in which case I will shell out the 2.5m agreed fee.)

Huge wages though however worth it and I only wanted one signing to play on the wings, Plus he gives back up to my strike force aswell if needed.
