O'Neill steps down!
It has been confirmed today that Aston Villa manager Martin O'Neill has officialy resigned from his job as manager. He claimed that he had took the club to the furthest place he could and that he was happy with what he had achieved at villa. He also wishes the new manager luck!

Florentine has said that he is relishing this chance to manage a team in the top league of the world and that he is looking forward to taking the club to the next level. When asked how he would approach the job, he said that he would like to play a spanish style of football and bring excitment to villa park!
