The Scottish Transfer Policy

Goal:

Win the Champions League with Celtic or Rangers with a team full of Scots.

Difficulty:

Very Hard

Rules:

1. Start a save with Celtic or Rangers.

2. You CANNOT sign ANYONE who isn't Scottish.

3. You can however bring up players through your youth system who are not Scottish, as long as you don't sign them from another club. (Eg, you can play Filip Twardzik of Celtic)

4. No Editors of any form are allowed in this challenge.

5. Your staff doesn't need to be Scottish.

6. Have fun and keep us updated.
