After the yesterday's Roma match I was dreaming whole night how my team is beating Juventus. Hope it is not just a dream! Roma has always finished with a bang, but this time I doubt we will make it to CL having in mind the hard remaining matches.

I am more of a Milan fan than Juve fan, but I do not really care who will win the league, as far as both teams blast Europe next season and bring the Italian football where its place is.

Think with Juve's defence, they'll do great in europe.

As for letting Del Piero go... I think Angelli will regret it, the fans will be angry.

I hope they keep him. If they do not, Del Piero will lose his legend status like Raul and Henry. They are again legendary players, but they are losing their shine at the top. And Del Piero can be very helpful for the new players and be their star reserve forward that can go in the last 20 mins and blast goals and he certainly shows that he can do that.

I think the fans of Juve showed a sign in the game against Lazio "You have 700 reasons to stay" for his 700th Juve cap. And I am sure that Angelli and Conte will think twice before letting him go.

Btw this round was full of Seria A romanticism - Totti and Del Piero scoring while Di Natale assisted for goal. Gets one 5-10 years back in time :)

Serie A has looked very good this season- lots of good players, and a very good title race. I think Italian football is on the rise again. All fans of italian football want it to return to its former glories, so hopefully some really good showings in europe next year.

Del Piero is and will always remain Juve legend. No matter if he leaves or not. He cant force Conte to offer him a new deal and if he isn't offered he will leave if he wants to play more and he still has the ability to play. **** if Galliani had signed him before Juve did. He would have been amazing in Milan.

I find it weird Juve arent prepared to offer their legend a new contract all the while they try to sign all the Milan veterans. First Pirlo and now Nesta and even Seedorf.

I don't see them going for nesta or seedorf. With all due respect, they're not in the same class as del piero. So if they're going to let del piero go, they won't sign them atm. They're all unconfirmed reports.

Can see del piero going the USA, today he has indicated he prefers LA or NYC.

I agree it has really been good this season , it has also been played at a higher tempo than a few years back, so it is easier to look at . Lots of people say that Serie A is boring but imo, if they watch now, they'll be highly entertained . What makes it so good is the Tactical Battles and and diverse philosophies and formations , that is ; Allegri's Milan , Conte's Juve mirroring some of their opposition's tactics. , Mazzari's Napoli with their 3-4-2-1 and Enrique's beautiful passing Roma . From my perspective, Catania has played the most scintillating football in Serie A this season , I love what Montella has done . It has also gotten better because the teams no longer play as cautious as they did a few seasons back, for example if a team would be leading 1-0, then they concede a late goal but still had ample time to ****** a late winner , they wouldn't look for the late winner . They would settle for the point .

I also forgot that we are now seeing that some Italian teams are introducing you to their team like Roma and trying to attract young talents which is sort of uncharacteristic for Italian teams . Juve have signed Dutch prospec Ousim Buoy ( Spelling ) who has Pirlo-like qualities and are currently fighting for United's Pogba and more youth prospects around the world .

Very well said. I love how Roma play, Enrique has done well in trying to bring Barca's style of play to another club. Next season I think they'll do even better.

If Juve get Pogba then I only hope they play him. Ellia was a great signing but they haven't played him nearly enough this season.

Well said about the tactics, it is definitely the most tactically advanced league if nothing else. I think the future of football tactics will be 3-4-3's and 3-4-2-1's, and lots of teams in Serie A seem to be following this player.

As a Roma fan I love Montella too, but I love Enrique even more. This is why the new president has chosen him - to bring new talent and new style in the Italian football. Montella could have done better than Enrique, and the fans of Roma often accuse Enrique to be just a conditioner doing his practice, but in reality the Spanish manager brought Bojan, Borini, Lamela, Angel, Pjanic, Kjaer and gave everyone of them a chance to play, develop and get in love with the club. Also he brought Osvaldo, Marqinho and Stekelenburg who are not old at all and he is trying to get rid of the old Pizzaro and Boriello.

One important note to add for Roma is that its youth team under the leadership of Enrique's team won everything they could this year and won matches against Barca's youth selection with 5-1; Milan 4-1; Juve and Inter with a low margin. And in the next year we are w8ing for more talented players like Crescenzi, Di Alessandro and Bertollaci who are coming back from loan, Viviano, Tello, Pisticella, Cicirretti, Caprari from the youth set up, and we show interest in Dodo, Erickssen and Astori. So with a very few money spend we may seal one very strong and young team that has future to make Roma one of the leading teams in Italy and why not Europe.

There's some crazy **** going on in Genoa. Fans protesting that the players don't deserved playing for the team and in turn telling them to take the shirt off.

****, Juve teach us how to play football. As a Roma fan I am very disappointing from what I saw from our team. Gongratz to Juve! With a good forward they can really reach the top of Europe next season, because this defense and this mid lane is world class.

As a Milan fan I'm dissapointed, I know its not over but it's not looking great... Fair play to Juve though, to go this long in the league without a loss is amazing.

Vidal is class, Manchester United should of went for him!

Indeed. I think Milan was the last team that finished the season without a loss in Serie A? under Capello? not sure, i heard that somewhere :)

Two late winning goals for the top two. Still 3 point gap.

Good to see Cassano back and scoring a goal and an assist.
