I know what u mean, i did that in fm 2011 too, when u retire u just make a new manager, and then u continue where u left off.

Well, if he's not editing the players stats I don't see the problem with it. Though i suppose using it makes it easier to find players and I don't exactly approve of giving the creator of it "donations".

Dude, using FMRTE is pointless, it takes all the fun out of the game.
 
I just use the free version of FMRTE to find the best talents. With scouts it's easy to find really good talents, but it's nearly impossible to distinguish the true elite from just really good ones, and to pick them up before they become unafordable.

I know; the tool is just a tool and it's still just a bunch of numbers. Just because a player has top PA doesn't mean he'll be a top player and just because he doesn't have 190+ doesn't mean he can't be wordclass. I'm pretty sure Arrigoni is the best CB in my current game and he only has 170 PA, and he had the "worldclass" label for a while.

I agree that people have the right to choose whether or not they want to use FMRTE or Genie Scout or whatever. But that basically means it's not you who is building your squad, it's FMRTE :O !
