This is my current youth team. Considering they're being evaluated up against Inter 1st team I have very high hopes for many of them

most are unhappy, was my first game so just went crazy on seeing who was the best etc etc then come across regens and got addicted to buying them

Always be carefull not getting to many good players, since you can't let them play all and you can't keep them all happy.

yeah i know but some times you see a talented player and you cant bare to let him go to a rival club. And you meen to sell a few youngings because he hasnt performed or he is unsettled and he doesnt go so your stuck with a load of them lol

work on their techique individually, the brazilian could be one of the best dribblers in the world IMO if u focus on his technique for a year or 2

the brazilian has only another 0.5 star to fulfill his PA, good thing is some defensive attributes (marking, positioning) have decreased recently so he might improve somewhere else.

the SM kid currently has 1.5 CA and 4.5 PA according to our most qualified coach and is progressing very well, I signed a couple of suitable tutors (personality, determination, PPM's) exclusively to help his development. It's MUCH easier to get good sammarinese regens in FM12 than in FM11

even with 0.5 left he can increase it for 2 or 3 in a year
one regen of mine who had equal CA and PA star ratings went from 7 tecnique to 12 in 4 years, i had it on high invididual
also if ur coach is right, that real scary how good the kid could be like improving most by 6, perfect speed stats potentially
