I bought him from Inter Milan when he was 16 and he is genuinely one of my best players ever. My secret if you can call it that is game time. I really can't stress enough how important senior experience is at a young age. I played this guy in the Champions League final when he was nowhere near as good as he is now..and then he was aged just 17. He scored a header and we won. The rest is history.

Alex Codner (Arsenal) - 2017 to 2031: 90 goals in 117 appearances; 0.76 goals per game.

I am very happy with how he has developed in the last year and i will be selling one of my strikers at the end of the season to allow for him to get more playing time next season - arsenal and manchester city still interested in him with a 40 million price-tag

second season in a row i have produced a player in my youth academy which could be a star - his mental attributes are nothing special however tutoring and natural development will lead to an increase in the future !

my junior coaching has just been increased to exceptional so i am hoping for players of the same quality in my next intake :)

16 half years old worth over 4mill, at the end of the season he was 1.5mill
I was gonna loan him out but stuck hin in the first team and rotation. He is gonna be a beast.....Barca already want him and he hasnt played a competitive game yet.
 
My two star u-19 players. Planning to give Sami Coudert playing time next season in the senior side. Not very sure how to develop Thamond. Never had a 4.5 star GK on my hands before and I don't wanna mess him up. Any advice for what i should do? thanks.
