train him on his quickness beginning now...12 is too slow for a world class triker. technical stats are outrageous for an 18 year old though..

I would agree with you and go for dribbling on the striker as he could be a top quality poacher.

As for the right-back, all the mentals he needs are already decent and will develop in time. I'd personally just try and develop his tackling...

the striker's scored 3 goals in 3 appearances so far..a goal per game..forced to start him in the european super cup against real madrid (weirdly they won the europa league) and i won 3-1 and the striker got MoM..coz of his assists...didnt score unfortunately..

From which club have you bought him? Dinamo, Hajduk or some other?, otherwise, good regens, that 15 year old frenchman is gonna be a star!

I got him on a "free transfer" from Southampton but had to pay them a about 200k in compensation. His estimated value was £350k when he started playing for me. 19 games and 20 goals later, he's valued at £5m. He's agreed to sign a £2.9k a week contract on his 17th birthday. Bargain!

wow, lucky you got such a talented regen so soon into the game! train him on his composure though..or it could end up being a bit low for a really good striker..

There are no frenchmen.... how do you get through those pesky UCL registrations?

because i've trained most of my starting 11, including a lot of my amazing substitutes, for 3 years between the age of 18 and 21...which means that not only are they home grown, they're actually grown at my club and a couple of my subs are french

thanks..and yeah, i assumed people would think that the striker would be the weak link. but he scored 50+ goals for me last season despite being injured for 3 months..due to the fact that i've got such incredible attacking players, all he needs to do is be a good poacher...and he's basically excellent at that

Nene and Cesar are my favourite from the bunch..they can form an incredible midfield duo!
