Won't join my Red Star team at start of 3 rd season yet. Preferring to stay at his current club to develop. Just hope Ic an bombard him with praise before a big team like Bayern who've been agressive with regens recently, get him!

With right guidance (tutoring) this guy could become a clinical striker, whats his personality description?

It's determined. But I'm gonna find it hard to sign him unless I can convince him I'm a favoured personnel by January. Then I'll try nab him, but if not, he'll probably get snatched by a bigger team :(
 
Described as a world class full-back. Unfortunately its probably the last time he will as he has just broken his leg and is out for 5-6 months. I find players never come back as strong after such a bad injury. So this is probably his peak and he will never be as good again :-(

dont be so sad haha. he will still be an unbelievable defender even when he returns. i think players do come back strong after serious injuries if they are young (below 23-24 years old). if they're past that age, they either are as good as they were before if you're lucky, or worse. but class is permanent, he will still be amazing.

Carlos Arregi - Paid 2.5 mil to bring him over from Osauna - He is dubbed the new Hierro. He has a PA of 4 stars and his CA is at 2 1/2 stars at age 16. I have Samba tutoring him (above is the skill comparison between the two). Type #arregi to comment about him.

This is Victor Fletcher I found him when I took Cardiff on a Canadian pre-season tour. He played for Toronto FC and he ended up scoring two goals against me. I was so impressed I left a scout there to watch him for that season and finally decided to sign him. He's been TEARING up the u18 league which i was expecting! He is a 4 star PA with a 2 star CA. #fletch to comment on him.

This is a strange capture for me. As he is already a 4 star Ca on a 4 star PA. I signed him last year paid 4 mil for him, I was surprised at his age but I guess he popped up in the game early and no one noticed him over in the Argentinian Leagues. He's already started to cement his place in my starting XI. Over Lampard (I know weird but he's been godlike for me even at age 38!). #franco for comments relating to him.

I've not been on that liverpool save for some time and almost forgot about it. Don't know if I've ever posted this guy in here. He's gonna be an absolute monster. Just need to work on his composure and his acceleration. Bought for 1.9 million (compensation). What a bargain.

stick to him as a striker, i don't think 9 flair will make him that sensational as a winger, just work individually work on his composure for a year or 2 untill it reaches 16

oh what?? haha, i didnt even see he was a striker..with his attributes, i just assumed that he would be a winger..but does flair really matter all that much? i thought it was work rate and determination that determined whether or not a player reaches his potential.

actually i ment as a winger, flair is extra important for a winger, and acceleration too, which he lacks as well
and ambition is the attribute that matters the most if you want a player to develop fast
then profesionalism and then dirtyness , and i'm not making it up lol
i read a experiment some guy made on the SI forums, the importance of ambition was 3:1:1 to profesionalism and dirtyness

hmm..thats interesting...and good to know since i have a couple of ambitious regens..and yeah, thats true, flair is really important for a winger. but he's got pace 16, and his acceleration will improve over time. he's just 16 after all :D

You click go advanced then the paperclip icon and then select add files select the screenies u want 2 upload then,once its finished uploading select insert online and there u have it.
